Siding the front with LP Face and AZEK Garage Trim provides a more classic look, which mimics the old century finishes like traditional wood siding, while providing a product vehemently more (virtually) maintenance free. Finishing the sides and rear in Vinyl Siding completes the maintenance free envelope, while keeping the overall project cost effective. It really is one of the more visually impactful updates, per economic value, to your property.
The process may give new home owners, or any one, the opportunity to become comfortable with the process of property updating, without committing to the entire process of a primary dwelling. Play with different materials and price points, before committing to a full update, and providing measure for future goals to renovate.
Updates are typically complete in one to two days.
